This is the chambray adaptation to be more moi. I added the fuzzy soft collar and stole for warmth because its chilly and layered a silk blouse under. It does look much less Americana grunge, ne pense? =) Je suis happy with the idea. However, this is not the most work-appropriate look. It might be overdone. Shall we switch the cream trousers for navy gabardine and the stole for a blazer or cardigan?

Very elegant pants, I like the simple silhouette of Celine (despite here is RL) and it's amaizng the contrast between them and the fur vest: the sense of warming and winter with the vest and the etereal and very sofisticated with the pants....wonderful!!

I think the chambray is a perfect fit for this outfit. It works so well with 70s look you've got between the high waisted flares and the fur collar.
